Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities
- Develop detailed process flows, wireframes, and documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence
- Analyze data trends using SQL and Tableau to inform strategic decisions
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between technical and business teams
- Create comprehensive test plans and validate solution effectiveness
- Maintain and optimize existing business processes through continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and requirement elicitation techniques
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process mapping tools (Visio/Lucidchart)
- Proven track record of translating business needs into technical specifications
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Experience with product lifecycle management and roadmapping
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
