Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for enterprise-level clients using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Develop detailed process flows, data models, and user stories to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and present complex data insights to executive leadership
- Collaborate with engineering teams to validate solution feasibility and implementation approaches
- Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, SRS, and test plans ensuring regulatory compliance
- Implement process improvement initiatives resulting in 15%+ efficiency gains

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with healthcare or fintech domain expertise
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and JIRA with data modeling experience
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis credential
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, PCI-DSS) and compliance documentation
- Portfolio demonstrating successful requirement elicitation and solution design
