Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams
- Analyze data trends and KPIs to identify process improvement opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and create detailed documentation
- Develop and maintain data models, process flows, and user stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment
- Validate deliverables through UAT and provide performance feedback
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Advanced SQL skills with data visualization experience (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Proven track record of optimizing complex business processes
- Familiarity with healthcare or payment processing domains
