Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and visualization tools to uncover actionable insights
- Develop process flows, wireframes, and documentation for new system implementations
- Collaborate with Agile development teams to ensure requirements are clearly communicated
- Monitor KPIs and create performance dashboards to track project success
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience with certification
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven track record of delivering requirements for complex system integrations
- Knowledge of financial services or healthcare industries preferred
