Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams
- Design and implement data models, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems to measure performance
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and create process maps to identify improvement opportunities
- Lead cross-functional Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between business and technical teams
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- Develop comprehensive documentation including BRDs, user stories, and test cases
- Mentor junior analysts and drive best practices in business analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS industries
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Proven track record of delivering projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis credential
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in statistical analysis and predictive modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating successful process optimization initiatives
