Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Analyze operational data to identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver agile project milestones
- Develop detailed process flows and documentation using Visio/Flowchart tools
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and prioritize business needs
- Create KPI dashboards and performance metrics using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate requirement validation sessions with technical teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with ERP system implementation (SAP/Oracle)
- Ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences
