Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams
- Design and deliver interactive dashboards using Power BI/Tableau to visualize KPIs and trends
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align cross-functional teams on project goals and deliverables
- Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions for system integrations and process automation
- Develop comprehensive test plans and validate system functionality against business requirements
- Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular progress reports to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with proven track record in process optimization
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis credential
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Experience in financial services or healthcare industries highly desirable
