As a key member of our Digital Transformation practice, you'll tackle complex challenges in fintech and healthcare sectors, leveraging Agile methodologies to translate stakeholder requirements into actionable roadmaps. Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using BPMN and flowcharting tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to elicit requirements and document business cases
- Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams
- Create data models and visualizations using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Maintain JIRA backlogs and track project metrics using Confluence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or healthcare
- Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques (user stories, use cases, wireframes)
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in data modeling and ETL processes
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent (required)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
