Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for digital transformation initiatives
- Elicit, document, and validate requirements using industry-standard methodologies
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and inform strategic decisions
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop process models, user stories, and acceptance criteria for agile sprints
- Conduct gap analysis and propose optimization solutions for operational inefficiencies
- Create comprehensive dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and BPMN
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Familiarity with financial services industry regulations and processes
