Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech/finance sectors
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Advanced SQL and data modeling skills
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-PMP designation
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
