Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data-driven solutions using Agile methodologies
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to align business objectives with technical capabilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UML diagrams, and test cases
- Implement KPI tracking systems to measure solution effectiveness and ROI
- Lead UAT cycles and coordinate deployment activities with IT operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments
- Expertise in process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and requirements management (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Proven track record of delivering projects in regulated industries (SOX, HIPAA)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle) preferred
