Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and analysis for enterprise-scale projects
- Design and document detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements for development teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Validate solutions through testing and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Maintain and optimize data models to support strategic decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement in business processes through data-driven insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with enterprise software implementation
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PMP preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in financial services or healthcare industries highly desirable
