Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit business requirements and system specifications
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UML diagrams, and test cases
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) and ensure backlog grooming
- Collaborate with product managers to prioritize features based on business impact
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or healthcare industries
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Expertise in requirement elicitation, process modeling, and use case development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
