Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed requirements documentation and process flows using BPMN notation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Create interactive dashboards and KPI tracking systems using Power BI/Tableau
- Lead stakeholder workshops to validate requirements and align on project deliverables
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and ROI modeling for proposed initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience with CRM and ERP system implementations
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule
