Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, document, and prioritize business needs
- Analyze data trends and metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria using agile methodologies
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UML diagrams, and wireframes
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and requirement validation sessions
- Monitor KPIs and post-implementation analysis to ensure project success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or fintech
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and requirement elicitation techniques
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects in regulated industries
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) or equivalent professional development
