Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into detailed technical requirements and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather process improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain process flows, data models, and system documentation
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Create dashboards and reports to visualize business insights
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Validate solutions through user acceptance testing and implementation support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in requirement elicitation methodologies (JAD, MoSCoW)
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
