Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements for digital banking initiatives
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Develop and maintain process flows, data models, and documentation
- Validate solutions against business objectives through UAT and QA coordination
- Present findings to executive stakeholders using data visualization tools
- Support Agile/Scrum methodologies as the Product Owner's technical liaison
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or banking
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile) strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in digital transformation projects
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, PCI-DSS)
