Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify business trends and opportunities

- Lead stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize business requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or data strategy
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong background in financial services or fintech
