Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirement gathering and stakeholder workshops across finance, operations, and product teams
- Develop comprehensive business process documentation and data flow diagrams using Lucidchart and Visio
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Python to identify revenue optimization opportunities
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile sprints
- Facilitate JIRA backlog grooming and sprint planning ceremonies
- Create executive dashboards in Tableau highlighting KPI performance and anomaly detection
- Champion continuous improvement through root cause analysis and impact assessments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analyst experience in SaaS or fintech environments
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis credential
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with proven sprint delivery track record
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across C-suite to operational levels
- Portfolio demonstrating complex requirement documentation and process reengineering
