Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements across multiple departments
- Analyze data trends and processes to identify optimization opportunities
- Create and maintain process flows, data models, and documentation
- Collaborate with Agile development teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership with clear visualizations
- Facilitate UAT sessions and ensure seamless implementation of solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within financial services or tech industry
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects with complex requirements
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
