Responsibilities

- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to identify trends and opportunities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from discovery through implementation and post-launch review
- Develop process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria for agile development teams
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations and narrative reports
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within fintech or SaaS industries
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and agile development frameworks
