- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical alignment with business goals

- Manage cross-functional projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or SaaS
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Proven track record of documenting complex requirements in regulated industries
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile frameworks
