Responsibilities
- Analyze stakeholder requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Lead data modeling and process optimization initiatives using SQL and Python
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Agile/Scrum projects
- Develop comprehensive dashboards and KPI tracking systems
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Document business processes and create detailed workflow diagrams
- Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in government or regulated industries
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Proven track record of documenting complex requirements in JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with federal contracting frameworks (FAR, DFARS)
- MBA or relevant Master's degree from an accredited institution
