Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Create data-driven reports and dashboards to visualize key performance metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process optimization strategies
- Support system implementation and ensure solutions meet business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or consulting
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement documentation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interface with all organizational levels
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred
- Proven track record of delivering successful process improvement projects
