Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and technical specifications
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather system requirements
- Develop process flows, data models, and user stories using industry-standard tools
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Document and maintain system requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or SaaS
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PMP certification
- Experience with process modeling (BPMN) and requirements management
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
- Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects
