Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
- Design and maintain detailed process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria for agile development teams.
- Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a full-time capacity.
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., CA Clarity, IBM DOORS) is a plus.
