Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify process improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed process flows, data models, and user stories
- Create and maintain requirement documentation using JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with Agile teams to prioritize backlogs and ensure delivery alignment
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to drive data-driven decisions
- Mentor junior analysts and facilitate cross-functional communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within financial services
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling tools (ER/Studio), and BPMN
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong experience with process mapping and workflow optimization
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
