Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using data modeling and stakeholder interviews
- Develop comprehensive requirement documents, user stories, and process flows for core banking applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and ensure project alignment
- Conduct data analysis using SQL and BI tools to generate actionable insights for leadership
- Create detailed test plans and validate solutions to ensure quality standards are met
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear visualizations and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Proven track record of documenting complex requirements using UML/SysML
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience interfacing with C-level executives
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, PCI-DSS)
