Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL and BI tools
- Facilitate workshops to align teams on project goals and deliverables
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and requirements gathering
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or CBA) preferred
