Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, KPIs, and user requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Translate complex stakeholder needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks using SQL and BI tools
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) and document requirements in JIRA
- Collaborate with engineering teams to validate solutions against business objectives
- Lead UAT sessions and create comprehensive test scenarios
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or SaaS environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record documenting requirements in Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management experience with C-suite executives
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional analytical problem-solving with attention to detail
