Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and documentation analysis.
- Design and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, QA) to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to the SDLC.
- Perform data modeling and gap analysis to identify areas for process optimization and efficiency gains.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage the defect lifecycle to ensure high-quality releases.
- Produce clear, concise, and actionable reports for executive stakeholders.
- Act as the subject matter expert on current business processes and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or software development environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel functions, and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Waterfall and Agile).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
