Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for enterprise digital transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with C-suite stakeholders to define requirements and KPIs
- Translate complex business needs into actionable technical specifications
- Facilitate JIRA/Confluence workshops with cross-functional Agile teams
- Develop process flow diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Perform gap analysis and solution validation through UAT cycles
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in business analysis with SaaS or fintech experience
- Expertise in BPMN, UML, and data modeling tools (e.g., ER/Studio)
- Proven track record with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Advanced SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
