Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities
- Document requirements using UML diagrams, user stories, and process flows
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on project deliverables
- Develop detailed business cases and cost-benefit analyses
- Create and maintain data models and reporting dashboards
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure successful implementation
- Monitor KPIs and provide continuous improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience with SaaS/tech focus
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
