Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business analysis including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews
- Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories for enterprise systems
- Create data models and perform gap analysis to identify process improvement opportunities
- Facilitate JIRA/Agile ceremonies and manage product backlogs with development teams
- Generate comprehensive business documentation including BRDs, SDDs, and process flows
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to drive data-informed decision making
- Lead UAT sessions and ensure seamless system implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or financial services
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience with JIRA proficiency
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly valued
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and API integration
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
