Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for software development and system implementation.
- Design and maintain detailed process maps, user stories, and functional specifications using tools like JIRA and Visio.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Developers, and QA Engineers to ensure alignment on project scope and deliverables.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired future states.
- Develop and present clear, compelling presentations and reports to executive leadership to drive decision-making.
- Monitor project milestones and KPIs to ensure successful project delivery within budget and timeline.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the technology or finance sector.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau) and documentation software (Confluence, JIRA).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall project management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certification as a CBAP or PMP is a strong plus.
