Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather requirements for high-impact projects
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Create detailed documentation including BRDs, user stories, and process flows
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Facilitate JIRA/Agile ceremonies during night shift hours
- Validate test cases and ensure successful implementation of solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience with night shift or rotational schedule
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certification preferred
- Experience with healthcare or fintech industries highly desirable
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
