Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for process optimization
- Develop detailed data models, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Create comprehensive test plans and validate solution outcomes against business objectives
- Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Maintain and optimize ETL pipelines for real-time data processing
- Lead cross-functional Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Retrospectives)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with night shift or remote work flexibility
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in requirements gathering, use case development, and process modeling
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Experience working with financial services or healthcare data systems
