Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions to define project scope and deliverables.
- Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired future states.
- Create and maintain process maps, wireframes, and data models using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
- Train end-users and support the adoption of new systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Experience in the finance or healthcare sector is a plus.
