Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define business requirements and functional specifications.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create wireframes, user stories, and detailed process flows using industry-standard tools.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all departments.
- Drive the execution of Agile/Scrum methodologies, facilitating daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a high-growth technology environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
