Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to define project scope and objectives
- Develop process flows, data models, and documentation for core banking systems
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and visualization tools to identify improvement opportunities
- Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint deliverables align with business goals
- Create comprehensive test cases and validate solution outcomes against requirements
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in requirements engineering
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or SaaS
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence workflows
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in database optimization
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Proven track record of documenting complex systems with UML diagrams
- Strong stakeholder management skills across C-suite to technical teams
- Experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
