Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex corporate projects from inception through completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed, accurate reports on project status.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Review deliverables and prepare for project closure.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate project management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects in a corporate setting.
- Strong proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, MS Project).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
