Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company’s long-term business goals and industry trends.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging tech trends to identify high-impact opportunities and potential threats for the 2026 timeframe.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal initiatives and hackathons focused on experimental technologies relevant to the 2026 era.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor strategies and global technology shifts to ensure OmniVerse Systems remains a market leader.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology leadership, or a related senior executive role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and successfully implementing long-term technology strategies.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
