Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing products and services
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Design and facilitate stakeholder workshops to align leadership on future vision and execution
- Build and maintain an external ecosystem of futurists, researchers, and technology pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Author thought leadership publications and presentations on the future of industry
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex innovation cycles
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, Social Sciences, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
- Strong data storytelling and visualization skills
