Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product differentiation.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and drive the execution of sprint deliverables.
- Communicate product value to stakeholders and executive leadership through clear, data-driven storytelling.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within B2B SaaS or Enterprise software.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products and managing product lifecycles.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into user-friendly features.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive product decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
