Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution and delivery.
- Define clear project scope, goals, and deliverables with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules, utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies effectively.
- Monitor project progress and provide accurate status reports to senior leadership.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure continuous flow.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment that encourages innovation.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality control of external deliverables.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in Project Management within the fast-paced tech industry.
- Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, and MS Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
