Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects from conception to completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, manage timelines, and ensure all project milestones are met efficiently.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of communication for stakeholders, providing regular updates and detailed status reports.
- Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive continuous improvement in team performance.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and financial forecasting.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment across all departments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the Information Technology or Software Development sector.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks and methodologies.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor project teams.
