Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for enterprise-level initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedule, and resource allocation
- Manage stakeholder communications across C-suite, vendors, and clients
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure iterative delivery
- Monitor project KPIs and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior project managers and foster team collaboration
- Ensure compliance with PMI standards and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with IT infrastructure projects
- PMP or CAPM certification required (or equivalent industry credential)
- Proven success managing budgets $500K+ and cross-functional teams
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution expertise
- Experience with cloud migration or SaaS implementation projects
