Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to guarantee successful delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, development teams, and executive leadership.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
- Implement and maintain Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
- Drive continuous improvement processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress transparently to all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the Technology or Software industry.
- Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is strongly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams of 5+ members.
- Expertise in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
