Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise SaaS deployments, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Coordinate 5+ cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product domains
- Develop detailed project roadmaps with milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies while maintaining rigorous quality standards
- Manage project budgets exceeding $2M and track ROI through KPI analysis
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through executive presentations and status reports
- Identify and mitigate project risks using predictive analytics tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in SaaS/tech
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven expertise scaling agile methodologies for enterprise environments
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Exceptional stakeholder management with executive-level communication skills
- Track record delivering complex projects with 95%+ on-time delivery
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones
