Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve product performance continuously.
- Prioritize the product backlog and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Drive the go-to-market strategy for new product features and releases.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the SaaS or Tech industry.
- Proven track record of launching successful products from concept to market.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
